This is continuing the “Field trip” story. It’s probably the grossest Dinklemeyer I drew; however, sometimes tour guides can be a little on the creepy side. Not often, of course, but the ones you get when you’re on a field trip as a kid can seem a little out-there.

SO you never told me what kinds of music you like, don't like, never listen to, etc.
Oh, uh...
I usually listen to movie soundtracks, and maybe some gospel-type stuff.
And pretty much nothing else interests me.
...except a lame-o 90's station. I listen to that one every day. Day after day after day after day....
Oh ok. Really? Wow.
Not even old-time stuff or anything?
Elvis? Frank Sinatra? Big Band? Classical?
I dunno. Not really. I'm just not much of a musical person. I don't really spend much time thinking about it.
The phrase "What kind of music do you listen to?" is something that makes me cringe everytime I hear it. It brings me back to all the times I heard that question in school, and how I really never had a good answer. And all the ridicule that followed thereafter.
Just kidding.
All 90s radio stations are lame-o.
Well, it's legitimate. What kind of a person doesn't really listen to any kind of music? Everyone would say punk, or heavy metal, or alternative, or whatever...but I guess that's just my nonconformist ways speaking up.
Well, actually, ours is "90s and NOW," meaning I guess mostly 90s but a few modern day ones, too. You hear Kelly Clarkson and Bo Bice on there, too, sometimes. Not that it's any different to me.
I'm a music nut, like you are a movie nut, so I can't even begin to imagine your general dispassion/indifference for it.
Music is like food and water to me.
Even with movies, I couldn't imagine being disinterested in the genre. I may not like a lot of movies that come out today, but there are so many good movies that already exist out there.
I'm off to bed. Night!
Half the power in my house has gone out. I have the computer on, but no light. Stupid circuits.
