And now tonights Dinklemeyer:
This is continuing the Field trip story. Its probably the grossest Dinklemeyer I drew; however, sometimes tour guides can be a little on the creepy side. Not often, of course, but the ones you get when youre on a field trip as a kid can seem a little out-there.
Yeah...but then where will I be?
Basement. Glass foundations?
Maybe we're taking the phrase too literally.
I know... that's always the trouble with metaphors and analogies - they run out of steam quickly, I mean, the next logical step is 'glass bedrock' - that just wouldn't work! ;)
Unless nukes were involved.
Ah.. true - silicone dioxide is the keyword here!
Pkotro
Barbie!
Oh, nothing much. How's the new job going (I promise to stop asking that after the first few weeks).
I am finally doing stuff today. Not really on my own yet. I am beginning to wonder if having the three weeks training was actually more of a curse than a blessing. I learn faster and better when I am thrown into the fire quickly. Today I got to be in some of the fire, but not much. I am waiting for my trainer to give me more freedom. The good thing about it all is that I'm not really accountable for anything...yet. The bad thing about it is I don't learn as well from just watching and taking notes.
Anywhoo. I won't have much more to report until Lisa leaves after next week.
It's about time!
Well, it may not be as gung-ho as you'd like, but I'm sure you're doing fine.
Oh, the grossest thing happened today...
What?!!???!!??!?!?!?
Sent you PM...
I was putting up a big thing of Alpo that had been back there for a while...dog food and cat food.
I came across one case of cat food that when I opened it, it kind of smelled funny. I looked around in it a bit, and noticed that the box was a little wet and soggy (oh no).
So I looked and realized that one of the cats had been busted open and the cat food juice had run out into the inside of the box. Now this pallet has been sitting back there a while...
So I lifted up the culprit can out of the case, and LO AND BEHOLD...little maggots were crawling around everywhere!
EW!!!!
Ewwwwwwwww!
Wanna hear something even more gross?!??!!?
Okay. This is really gross so Im sending you PM
.
Oh, you should have posted that. No harm!
I've noticed a lot of gross things happening at work lately.
Really? Okay. Didn't want to gross other people out too much.
Well...they're clicking at their own risk.
