What a pantload. Homesteaders have known about this for quite a while. I remember reading about farming tilapia in 1998 or so.

Seth Green started it all. The goal...everyone could afford fish. Nothing new in Rochester NY area.
Fortunately, we lived by the bay and rode our bikes to catch a free supper.
