Harold Reynolds was always one of the "nice guys" in baseball. He was always active with charities and participated in a lot of civic events when he played 2B in Seattle. I was a big fan as a kid, watching him play many games in the Kingdome. He wasn't the most eloquent broadcaster, but I always enjoyed watching him on ESPN. I'm curious to see how this unfolds...
Weird.
He must have refused the sexual advances of Peter Gammons.
Darn, he was easily the best of ESPN's baseball crew.
THe Yankees are signing him to play in the OF. ;-)
But the good news is...I think they're keeping Erin Andrews!
I will take Reynolds over Joe Morgan any day.
Question: How will this affect 'Fantasy League Baseball Analysis'?
Smile...
Everything's fair game for the media... except when it involves themselves.
That is, of course, off limits.
To bad. He'll be picked up by some one else quickly. Unless he was sucking toes, then he will have to wait six months.
I enjoy his work.
He must have been fired for some gross abuse of political correctness. It must have been so bad that the bosses acted before it could become public.
PC violations are just about the ONLY thing a tv personality CAN be fired for today.
I heard he was on the juice.
Got caught making a campaign contribution to the GOP?
The only reason they would not comment is there must be legal ramifications....
bttt
Man, I liked that guy too
Must have accidently called a fag, a fag? He was the best at giving a different look at the players.

That's too bad. I loved him on BBT and thought he made the coverage of the Little League World Series interesting. In fact I hated having Brent Sh$tberger err Musberger show up for the championship game after listening to Harold. Harold did a great job.
I always enjoyed Reynolds while he broadcast from the Little League World Series. He seemed like he genuinely liked being there. Of course, Brent Musberger takes over for ABC for the finals and the quality of the broadcasts plummet.
What did he do, make an offhand comment that he supported George Bush?
