The whole ABC article just doesn't pass the "smell test" to me..
"I stood my ground".... "dropped to a fetal position"
"5 or 6 men got out"... "5 or 6 men assaulted him with their hands and at least one foot"
"One of the men was AA so I asked him 'what's up?'... " "He says 'oh they're just drunk"...
"His manager insisted on calling RPD.."
And that's just for starters... I'm not saying that nothing happened at the sport's bar, but this version reeks.. Very similar to the smell of the LAX incident early on..
And again... why would guys in the company of a black person drop n-bombs on other blacks... It makes no sense...

Hey, even if the guy is lying, isn't that what Kim and the AV did?
So if it's OK for the Durham PD to prosecute innocents on the basis of lies, can the Durham PD complain it isn't just for members of the PD to be prosecuted themselves on the basis of lies?

In the TV interview, the black cook says he said something like "Rock on, woo-hoo!" Yeah, all blacks talk like that!!

The article claims no charges have been filed. Do we known if Mr. Thomas even filed a complaint? He claims it was just a simple misunderstanding and that his manager insisted on calling the cops.
Besides, Mr. Thomas is male and doesn't have quite the "protect him from himself" force field around him that envelopes female victims..
