Hey, even if the guy is lying, isn't that what Kim and the AV did?
So if it's OK for the Durham PD to prosecute innocents on the basis of lies, can the Durham PD complain it isn't just for members of the PD to be prosecuted themselves on the basis of lies?

The article claims no charges have been filed. Do we known if Mr. Thomas even filed a complaint? He claims it was just a simple misunderstanding and that his manager insisted on calling the cops.
Besides, Mr. Thomas is male and doesn't have quite the "protect him from himself" force field around him that envelopes female victims..
