For those of us in Central New Hampshire, Live Free or Die, for you in the slave states, I seem to have noticed a lot of water coming down. I need a refresher in building an Ark, I slept through that in my Bible class.

    I'm practicing treading water myself.
Just another reason to GTFO of New England Bill. 8 months of winter... two months of rain... and 2 months in a sweat-lodge.

Ok 'Little Bill', what was this all about? You have been a Freeper for many years.
Something triggered you to post about this topic, but in all honesty, I have no idea what you are trying to say.

Could be. I've seen sleeper troll accounts before.

One signup was only days after 9-11. But you can always view posting history...

I'll add that on inspection, this appears to be a current account. Not sure why the chit chat.

How many feet in a cubit?

Not sure, but there are 4 Rods to a Chain, and 80 Chains to the Mile.

But you can always view posting history... I reviewed "little Bill's" historical postings and that is why this one is rather unusual.
Something else is going on, and curious minds want to know.

A cubit is the length from your elbow to the tip of your middle finger.

    To answer your question.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cubit

The natural cubit measures 24 digits or 6 palms.
This is about 45 cm or 18 inches (1.50 ft).
Over time, other units similar in concept to the cubit have measured:

7 palms, ~52.5 cm, or 21 inches (1.75 ft)
8 palms, ~60 cm, or 24 inches (2.00 ft)
9 palms, ~67.5 cm, or 27 inches (2.25 ft)

Remember: measure TWICE. Cut ONCE.

I know a friend who leaves his myspace account unattended at work (he owns the business). "He" posts some very strange bulletins at times.

If it is already raining it is to late.
 The door has been shut.
You could try sitting on your roof though. I keep a rowboat up there for just such and occasion.
