This is continuing the “Freddy Gets Detention” story. I hope the text is readable to everyone: I guess my handwriting got a little sloppy that day.
On the rare occasions where I would get detention, this is sort of how I remember it. It’s like being chained up in a dungeon, only it’s more of a tiny filthy classroom downstairs below the gym.
And since you’re now a criminal, you are berated to shame by whatever sadistic coach is watching over you.
Sadly, I have to work the morning shift AGAIN tomorrow so I'll try not to be up TOO late.

I got a call from a government recruiter in VA who wants to set me up for an interview for a local government position (long-term contract). I sent her a clean updated copy of my resume and now I'm just waiting for her to call back, hopefully this week after the holiday.

SOrry I disappeared last night! We went from dinner to fireworks, courtesy of our landlord. Totally lost track of time. The whole neighborhood seemed to be lit up. Very surprising for politically korrect Kalifornia.

Once again, they asked me to stay an extra 2 hours.
Since they moved me to split shift, my regular Wednesday hours have been 9-3...but so far, there has not been one single week where I haven't gotten off around 5 or so.
And I have to work a 9 hour shift tomorrow instead of my usual 6 hour...aaarrrrgggghhhh!!!
I got hair color in gotta rinse out...brb
