AUSTIN, Texas -- A Texas high school teacher is fighting for her teaching license after her partner posted topless pictures of her on the Internet.
Before that, school officials in Austin thought Tamara Hoover was an excellent art teacher. However, after the photos surfaced on flickr.com, she was told she had become ineffective and was fired. http://www.local6.com/education/9386537/detail.html

It sounds like she might have a good cause of action for economic losses against "her partner."
I would be dubious about a person using the "nudity=art" line's being an art teacher for my high school students. I know colleges have nude life-drawing classes - some of my friends in college made $10 an hour or so modeling - but I think high school requires more cautious standards.

Definitely. She's a cute girl. Not doing anything vile with an animal. And she teaches art.
Apparantly the folks in Texas hired her without any understanding of how difficult it can be sometimes to find a model.

"Zero tolerance" = brainless. If the pictures were private and not meant to shown for profit/outside the relationship/etc. then she shouldn't be fired.

She is a lesbian, her girlfriends handle on Myspace is Celesta, and some of the pics are of hopefully simulated sex.
There was a previous thread about this.

Takes "low-rise" to a new level of ... er, shortness.
I wonder what sex "her partner" is.

As I said in my first post, I'd be dubious about this person around my high-schoolers. Particularly my daughter!

It been well known that the "Education" students at most Universities were the most "academically challenged", but it's also becoming clear that sexual immorality and perversion is also a documented "trait"....
Keep your children OUT of Government Schools of Indoctrination.....
The agenda is NOT education...

To: Tax-chick
Welcome to the wonderful world of 'art', it has neither sense, form, morals, nor beauty anymore.
It is no longer done to create works worth creating, but to shock, incite, and inflame.

Bleah. We like landscape photography ... fall foliage, waterfalls, no naked people.
