The U.S. national team faces a must-win situation Saturday against Italy (2:30 p.m. ET, ABC). The U.S. lineup could see some changes, including adding Eddie Johnson. Czech Republic and Ghana play earlier in the day (11:30 a.m., ABC), while Portugal advanced by beating Iran 2-0.

This piece of crap ref from Uruguay is a damn disgrace. Someone from outside the USA is against the USA? I am shocked! Shocked!
You can tell the Italians are playing to cheat to win -- they flop more than Maradona did in is heyday. And look at the number of offside penalties they get. They keep hoping they will get a NON-call to go along with all the calls they have gotten

Kicking the feet and not the ball also leads to a red when the intention to hurt the other is quite clear. I saw the slow-mo, all decisions go ok.
