BTW, I did go back and reread. Our position is the same...people who illegally hack should be prosecuted. And it is never the fault of the "hackee" that they got hacked.
Just like, if you left your doors unlocked and got your stereo stolen, it wouldn't be your fault. But, that's not to say you still aren't stupid for doing it.
