Since she's a parking ticket supervisor then no doubt she deserved it, though I'm sure the cop was in the wrong.. ;^)

This one has hit the lottery. I see early retirement in her future.

The cop is on a quick "medical leave" like Patches Kennedy fled immediately into the warm protecting arms of Mayo Clinic.

There should be more free parking everywhere, not less. Less cars driving around means less pollution of the precious environment. Less gasoline being used, etc.
Personally, I think shooting "parking enforcement" officers is OK.

When I first skimmed this, I thought " this can't be the US". Then I noticed that it was Chicago.

What a weird story.
1. She has been working there for 3 months and she is a supervisor?
2.She has had several run-ins with police officers in that 3 months?
3. The Police officer claims he was respoinding to a call in his private vehicle?
4. He hurt his knee putting her in a paddy wagon?
there are enough lies in this story to fire ll five of the clowns.

The place to argue a ticket, as any police officer or attorney will tell you, is not in the street, but in court. I hope these officers lose their jobs and freedom for this.
