Woman, 44, Nabbed For Sex With Boy, 13 Cops: Predator shared North Carolina home with her alleged victim
MAY 19--A 44-year-old North Carolina woman was arrested Wednesday on charges that she carried on a month-long sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy. Linda Ann McBride was arrested Wednesday at the Winston Salem home she shared with the boy and the child's grandmother (who, cops said, is a friend of McBride's). McBride is facing two counts of statutory rape and an indecent liberties rap, according this police report. She was booked into the Davidson County Sheriff's Department lockup--where the below mug shot was snapped--on $50,000 bond. (3 pages)
And some will try to claim that boys aren't as likely to suffer trauma as girls are in these underage incidents...

this is sad... why is it that men get years in prison for any sort of child abuse (which, of course, is justified)... and woman (even scary ones like this female) get a slap on the wrist.

This is very true. There is nothing crueler than the way teenagers can taunt each other. This kid is not going to be able to live this down. For that reason alone I hope that his identity never leaks out if it hasn't already.
Hmm. And doing a quick review of the story text, it would be pretty hard for the identity of the boy not to be known. Poor kid.
Looking at the arrest report... her weight was listed as 291.
She's guily of being Butt-Ugly, that's for sure.
