According to the article, Pune is in one of the Communist-dominated districts of India.
So, are the Communists seeing the light?
Will this be the Indian equivalent of the Yugo?
And who will they outsource production to in order to cut costs?

Communist-dominated districts of India Communist as in the Communist Party of India. Barring the symbols and name, they don't have much else in common with the more familiar communists- the Soviets and the Chinese.
Indian "Communists" have to fight elections at the end of every year...and this particular government was voted into power only two weeks ago- voted by the people of West Bengal.
