You know, when I first saw the footage of Seligmann walking into the courthouse today, my heart went out to him. At that time we didn't know what was being yelled at him as he entered. Can you imagine how scared and nervous he must have been?
Both FNC and Court TV covered it today . D/N check the others.
Judge also agreed to recording all proceedings....said this case is going to need it.

Blank Panthers called Reade Rapist! in Court

some people called out Dead Man and Dead Man Walking when Reade left the court. That should not happen in the United States of America.
I read a Assoc Press article by Aaron Beard: this went out to the country. Hundreds out outlets use that story.
The story did NOT mention anything about the Rapist calls or Justice will be served, Rapist or the Dead Man Walking calls to Seligman. The story also didn't mention the Black Panthers in any way.
They will never cover this story fairly. Never.

The service to the phone was shut off the day after the Rape. The day she left with her boyfriend according to her Father.

This sure smells! Does this show the AV and her boyfriend were planning and plotting the next day?
is this an attempt to hide or cover up for the boyfriend's involvement? Or shield his identity from Police?
in my opinion, the boyfriend has a nasty rap sheet and they were attempting to hide him from the police. Maybe a warrant out for him also?

In most jurisdictions, a comment like "Dead man walking"
would bring a charge of communicating threats.
The low life should have been charged.
I've only seen a little TV today, but I only heard the Dead Man Walking comment on AM radio and the Assoc Press had no mention of any taunting or comments or controversy.
Looks like Stephens is just going to cover his ass. His comments about this defendant is not going to be treated any differently or be moved up is pandering and red meat to his constituents.
Why is okay for Nifong to have treated this case differently from the beginning? DA's don't trust victims with the background of this dancer. They don't give people 31 hours to remember the event and talk to police and they don't give suspects over 3 weeks to pick the perps out of a line up.
