I doubt Crystal or Kim wanted the cops taking incoming calls, LOL!

I thought of your county right away.
I'm happy to hear your opinion.

Even turned "off" then there's a small current drain and batteries will run down all by themselves anyway. Two months is a long time for a connected-to-something battery to keep its charge.

I believe the "A" was for a class in Interpretative Dancing or something like that.

I don't think the call logs will be lost due to a dead battery.

You cancel your cell phone service as soon as the police have it because it is out of your control and if not found by the police yet, lost.

Most cell phones are free or greatly reduced when you sign up... you don't get a $300 pre-paid cell phone at WalMart, usually...

When I lose a cell phone I have the service frozen until I can get a new phone and have the service moved to it.. If you cancel your service before the contract period expires, you normally have to pay full price for the phone plus early cancellation fees...

I've (my kids) lost many phones and we never cancel the service.. just have it put on vacation for a day or so...

There's something fishy about this deal... but what else is new...

I don't think he knew who he was f---ing with. (sorry, Wall Street/Power lawyer language is only fitting here) Now he's just in denial. Nifong's cracking, his Monday tirade showed it.

Now it's abundantly clear that these rich, powerful and BIPARTISANLY rich and powerful people, from Bob Bennett down, have taken it personal and decided they are going to f--- Nifong. They will have ways to f--- him and f--- him hard. By the end of it, Nifong would wish he were dead.

And he deserves it.

It wasn't clear to me who owns that cell phone. But because the service was cancelled the next day, I concluded it belonged to Crystal.

My opinion of all that third party stuff was grandstanding by the judge to show national tv what a thoughtful jurist he is. By golly, he's considering the privacy rights of some phatom third-party. That was just my take.

Yeah, this case just doesn't have the circumstances to make it likely that that would happen.

Well, as long as we know the number assigned to the phone, the phone company should have them.

I wonder if they pick juries from the city lines or from the counties- if so, the demographics would be different-

Forsyth County (Winston-Salem)(69W/26B)

New Hanover County (Wilmington)(80W/17B)

Mecklenburg County (Charlotte) (64W/28B)

Wake County (Raleigh) (74W/20B)

Cumberland County (Fayetteville) (55W/35B)

Mr RecallMoran is delighted with the Dead-Man-Walking threat. He says that just sealed the change of venue. Said nothing better could have happened.

I gagged when Karas said that she's confident that the DA has something that we don't know about.

___

Nifong only needs his OJ jury, he does not need anything else....and he knows it.

I wonder who hired these losers to go and call RS names outside of court today!!
