Of course, I completely agree. Let me rephrase that to say that her facial features don't seem to resemble those of her parents. I, of course, don't have a clear view and may be seeing a more caucazoid nose/mouth area than it actually is. The pic is very dark

Okay, you guys are right. It's just really poorly put together. Anyway, I can't see jack in any of the photos. Maybe somebody will come up with one that doesn't look like it was taken in a closet in the middle of the night.

Yeah, I'm aware Kim is half Korean and half black. I was just going by the caption under the photo on the Dilby site because I can't see a damn thing in the photo as far as facial features or depth of skin tone.

How are you able to see her facial features? I sure can't see them. The pictures are all dark and shadowy silhouettes, except the bottom one I can sort of see that her hair is blondish, which also looks like the hair shown on her on the porch phto where she is leaning over what is probably her purse.

I can only vaguely make out some facial features. Looks like she might have a mustache though (bad joke, sorry).

I think that was from one of those specially designed cameras that they use specifically for taking pictures of UFO's and Bigfoot creatures.

I agree, since these guys seem to be winning this no one is likely to turn.

But if they had paid her and had sex with her and the started lying like this with DNA evidence, I could certainly see them copping a plea to do a year rather than face a couple of decades, even though they are guilty of no more than paying a hooker.

Nifong has spent decades dealing with people who already have a criminal record so they always roll as the cost is not that great. The costs of rolling is much much greater for these kids who have clean records.

the media does have a piece of blockbuster information that the defense has asked them not to release.

All they have to do to make the case go away is say they're gay and ask Lambda Defense Fund and the ACLU to defend them.

He probably thought he could get away with using his usual techniques on the Duke team without realizing the intense scrutiny the case would receive.

I agree and set much the same in a recent reply. Nifong thinks has been dealing with people with long rap sheets forever. He failed to understand the costs of copping a plea for any of these lacrosse players.

I know all of the smart FReepers who post already know this, but for the lurkers who may be too shy to ask.. If you're having trouble seeing the details some mention on these threads, try this...

1. right click the photo and select "save image as"

2. save the file into a folder you can remember with a name that describes the photo.

3. Open paint, paint brush, image tool, photoshop, corel, anything that will view images... even MS Word or Excel

4. From the File menu open the file you just saved.. for MS Word you can use INSERT/IMAGE/FROM FILE..

5. Once the file is open you can zoom in and see the details more closely... and become a forensic photo analyst..

If you zoom in on the 12:30:47 photo you can see that her left shoulder has been smudged in the same fashion as her face... There are also what appears to be smudges on some other parts of the photo and on other photos...

I think Colin Finnerty's attorneys are holding their cards close to the vest for a couple of reasons. First, there is already a lot of exculpatory evidence out there from the other attorneys. Second, they want a time line from Nifong, that he can't change later. Thirdly I think they have blockbuster evidence of Colin not being anywhere near there, and they are saving it in case this goes to trial.

Oh how much I hope you're right. I want to see Nifong disbarred. The way he's dragging his feet, I just hope we all live long enough to see it.
