May 13, 2006 — The second round of DNA test results in the Duke University rape investigation show "no conclusive match'' to any lacrosse players, defense attorneys said, but a vaginal swab of the alleged rape victim produced DNA from a "single male source'' — a man not on the lacrosse team who did not attend a March 13 party that was the site of the alleged rape.

Defense attorney Joe Chesire declined to identify the mystery man or his connection to the alleged victim, but ABC News' Law and Justice Unit has learned that the unnamed source of the DNA is the alleged victim's "boyfriend," according to her mother.
ABC News is withholding the name of the man because he is apparently not a target of the investigation. Records indicate that Durham, N.C., police gave the "boyfriend'' a cheek swab to collect DNA on May 3, ABC News' Law and Justice Unit has learned exclusively.
It is unclear if or how the first DNA tests missed what appears to be the only foreign genetic material found on the alleged victim's body, defense attorneys said. Two Duke lacrosse players were indicted more than two weeks before the cheek swab was taken from the "boyfriend."
It is also unclear whether the alleged victim had sex with the "boyfriend" the night she claims to have been raped by three Duke lacrosse players. DNA experts tell ABC News that genetic traces of semen can remain in the body up to six days after intercouse.

I think that NiFong tried to back pedal with the second lab and got tracked. The nail thing was a simple "trick" on us. We were hearing NOTHING about this sperm.

It's it funny that nearly everyone's story changes like their socks except the player's story?
It would have been so easy for those players to say they had sex with the stripper/hooker (big shock that would have been. LOL) but it was consensual. But they've denied since day one that there was any sex of any kind with her. Not that I blame them; she looks pretty skanky from the photographs.
The "boyfriend" in quotes is great. I liked how the defense attorney is exclusively referring to the accuser as the "false accuser." That slays me.
Hopefully, this will be the final blow to LIEfong and his bizarre crusade. I also hope I never have to see that insulting video of Kim "lemon-tits" Rogers again.
As for the "victim," I suspect we will NEVER hear from her publicly. She's too busy "hiding" from the KKK, the dudes over at stormfront.org, and the entire cast of "Romper Stomper."

If he had investigated before the indictment, he wouldn't look like such a fool now. Of course, he might've lost the election and that is what this is all about.

I hope the players countersue the false accuser/hooker/stripper and force her to at least a civil trial where she'll be destroyed on cross. I can't think of one thing in her statement that has been backed up or that she hasn't changed several times now.

False accusations are nothing to this hooker; she just thought she'd found the mother lode in terms of $$ this time.
I think he supressed it, but why? He knows it will come out eventually--It did yesterday.
I think he's doing some long involved thinking this weekend, and I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't go to the Grand Jury on Monday and ask to drop this case.
He made it through the election, and I believe that was his primary goal. He can drop the charges, or look like more of a putz then he already does. I'm sure he doesn't want to risk disbarrment or what ever punishment would be appropriate.

The "boyfriend"s May 3 swab explains the "good news" FA's parents told Megyn Kendall. The lab probably pulled a DNA profile by then so Nifong used this to keep the False Accuser in the case. Her family might just be dumb enough to believe this is good news.
