"I want to know if the false accuser mentioned that fall to LE or the nurse examiner, or whether all the outward injuries noted in the SANE report were attributed to the faux sexual assault."
I agree with you. I doubt that she admitted that her injuries were due to falls, previous beatings or rough encounters with customers. Also, the vaginal trauma or tears that the SANE nurse and the media reported, would coincide with the accuser's occupation. The SANE nurse didn't know her occupation at the time....thus the report.
I heard the team volunteered their DNA. Is that incorrect?
I do believe you're right!
I'll bet they all submitted to "Private" lie detector tests to satisfy the defense attorneys, too. The defense attorneys DO NOT have to inform the DA of this.
College students are normally like good soldiers...it's a buddy system...and they'll help each other out despite any of the competiveness or problems between them.
Eggzactly!
Is this what you want?

Police Chief Search Proves Importance of Openness
By Hugh Stevens
September 2002
EXCERPT
Chalmers, the favorite of his Durham police colleagues and a majority of the city council members, apparently was eliminated in early August when the Oldani Group, the search firm hired by the city, raised questions about his truthfulness. Oldani officials said that Chalmers had denied ever having been "arrested or convicted," but that he in fact had been arrested in 1982 on assault charges filed by his former wife, from whom he subsequently was divorced. Chalmers said he had misunderstood the question as asking whether he had been "arrested and convicted," and he had answered "no" because his wife had dropped the assault charge.
Seems the "prior sexual history" limitation will be overlooked since DNA from another person is in the new report. How can that be overlooked? Once that report is introduced, shouldn't the source of that DNA become fair game for the defense?
Is that "tears" as in crying or "tears" as in ripped.
This article gives a small look into how Duke reaches out the the Durham community:

Did not.
What is a pimp be charged with? Solicitation?
If you were at CourtTV, why are they still talking about the moustache?
"Is that "tears" as in crying or "tears" as in ripped."
HA! Both!
"To tell the truth" is not what the oath says: It says to tell the truth, the WHOLE truth and nothing but the truth. It was written that way for a very particular reason.
What is a pimp be charged with?
should be
What is a pimp charged with?
DUH!
Actually,I think it should be
A pimp would be charged with what crime?
but we are in chat and I don't care.
What is the actual evidence that no player had a moustache?
If prostitution is illegal, then how is it that some 30 Escort Agencies listed publicly in the Durham phone book have not been shut down? Is their euphonistic name enough to protect them from prosecution?
The girls names are not put in the newspaper. They put the mens names. Hysteria went through our office when the son of one of the bosses was listed.
Duke Lacross players are not permitted to have mustaches...rule.
...vaginal tears along with, "The white boys raped me boohoo tears." Academy award nominee. We've had two..Kim Roberts and the accuser.
