What is the actual evidence that no player had a moustache?
Duke Lacross players are not permitted to have mustaches...rule.
No player had a moustache at least during the season. It was against team rules.
Out of 45 or 46 guys I'm sure at least one of them might have grown a moustache in the past.
That is why I suspect the DA got ahold of a lot of old photos of the team members to show the false accuser before she looked at the line-up pictures. If one of them had a moustache in the earlier photos that might be why she mentioned it.
It wouldn't be legal for the police or DA to do that but perhaps someone else did. Maybe the same person who ran the Dun & Bradstreet report to identify the players with the most money.
Well, for one thing, Duke lacrosse players aren't allowed to have mustaches.
I can't point to a link, but it has been repeatedly posted on here, that the Lacrosse team was not allowed to have facial hair.
