Bare torso shots and DNA were taken the same day - 3/23.

10 days later. A division one lacrosse player is guaranteed to have scratches/burises on him. Lacrosse is a contact sport.

WARNING DISGUSTING SINUS/MUCOUS THEORY: I assume the nail was found in the trashcan. DNA from guys could be spread everywhere in that bathroom. When I went to school, guys didn't even use a tissue to blow their noses (not me). They would just expel material. I could imagine guys just aiming at the can. In my dorm, they would just do it at the sink, in the shower etc. In the shower, with hot water, it could be aerated, and "depossited" all over the place. It wasn't the Waldorf...

I didn't see FNX, but if it's Micheal Baden.. he'll fires from the hip and usually goes by what he reads in the papers.

*** If there was TISSUES under the Nail from scratching, the SBI would have found it and we wouldn't be waiting all this Time. I think it's a reasonable bet that this was trace DNA - it didn't even have enough genetic markers to rise to the level of a match. There is some interpretation here,,, someone if "filling" in the missing genetic markers and then saying it's CONSISTENT. This is risky business. This will be problematic in court. Especially when a mixture of DNA is present, filling in the missing sequences can bring errors.

Look for lazy Michael Baden to testify in Court for Nifong. He also testified on behalf of O.J.'s team. Baden is a liberal.

Gotta get back to work.

Two of my boys play lacrosse. While they are usually bruised (the younger one looks like a leopard during the season)they would usually not have scratches. Players wear gloves and pads everywhere but legs, forearms, and neck. I can imagine scratches on those areas from turf but I don't see how a woman's press on nail scratches would look the same or be on the same parts of the body as lacrosse scratches. Let's hope none of these guys have a "scratcher" girlfriend.
