Well there are really only two possibilities here:
1. Either the woman was raped and Nifong having a player talking is a good thing.
2. Or the woman was not raped and Nifong does not have a player talking.
People of course sometimes confess to things they did not do, but I doubt it is in a case like this. My primary reason is that while even in this case someone worrying he might be rightly or wrongly convicted of a far worse offense has an incentive to confess, it is hard to confess and be credible when the victim and relatives keep changing their stories and you did not see anything happen.
Here's a way for Kim to cash in -- set her lawyer and PR firm to work on a class action lawsuit on behalf of all Honda owners with peeling paint...!
IIRC the accepted medical term for this condition, which was first diagnosed in the case of Abner Louima, is "Giulianichronositis."
I think 5/15 is the date that has been announced on that.

Abrams/MSNBC just reported that the DURHAM POLICE advised the DUKE police that the woman (accuser) was NOT credible and kept changing her story.
Does anyone doubt that Nifong saw this as an opportunity to seize the black vote. And that's exactly what happened.

I guess they didn't feel we needed that "discussion" when women working under Bill Clinton had reported sexual assault. This is the Re-Emegence of Sexual Harrassment too. Clinton is far enough along in the rear view mirror where they can discuss it with a straight face.
