These are all signs, to me, that the MSM and prosecutors Nifong who attempted to try the case before the media, and without evidence or proper protocol, know they've lost the case in the eyes of Joe and Jane and Kamir and Louella America. And so, "Out Spot, Out!" is the rallying cry of those who are peddling the "Execution First/Trial Later" agenda -- in that they must continue to try to press forward in attempting to mind-suck the average viewer.

Abrams/MSNBC just reported that the DURHAM POLICE advised the DUKE police that the woman (accuser) was NOT credible and kept changing her story.

Does anyone doubt that Nifong saw this as an opportunity to seize the black vote. And that's exactly what happened.
