From what I have read, the accuser picked three men out of a lineup comprised of photos of all 45 fraternity guys. There were no "null" pictures. This is a multiple choice test with no wrong answers. Anybody she chose (at random) would qualify.

Wow, what a great idea. Wait til the NEA hears about this. This type of testing could save out public schools.

I had somebody try to tell me that the "lineup" as described is legit because she accused three people but there were ~46 in the team photos, therefore as a matter of definition she was in fact shown 43 pictures of people who were not suspects, so what's the problem?

I wonder if this will be Nifong's argument.
