OK, GUYS, LET'S S ROLL!!
I thought Maybe a good way to begin tonight's discussions would be for us to share about some of the best pranks and jokes that we either played on someone,(or someone played on us) when we were younger(or nowadays, for that matter)
Also, we could share about some of the crazy things we used to do, when we were younger(or perhaps still do) that were seen as fun at the time, but look foolhardy to us today.
I'll start things off, and share about one thing I did about 20 years or so ago, when I was 18-19. I would go on little "scenic routes" as I used to call them. (keep in mind that in 1986-87 gas was WAY less than $1.00 a gallon). Now, I did not just drive around aimlessly, but I had a friend named Paul with me. And Paul was a LOT more daring than I!! while I drove, Paul tossed bottles, cans, eggs and fireworks out of the car, mainly at road signs, but also at a few mailboxes. I egged him on, and thought it was a LOT of fun!! Paul conned me into believing that I was not doing anything wrong, since I was "just driving". (I just have to chalk that up to youthful stupidity...) In reality, I would had been the ONLY one to get into trouble had we been caught, because PAUL WAS ON HOUSE ARREST at the time, for a B&E that he and some others had been involved in , AND he was only 17!! SO, had we gotten caught,(and in early '87 we ALMOST did!!) I would had gotten the book thrown at me, for vandalism, littering, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and who knows what else!!
I'll reserve the stories about me messing with gunpowder, acid, gasoline, lighter fluid and fireworks for another time!!! (He....He... He..)
SO... Does anyone else care to share anything(that the statue of limitations has expired on !!) LOL!!

Hay man, it's Silicon Valley. I would be strange if I didn't have a headset.
I come from the land of People Who Talk To Themselves All Day Long.

And I'm no good with directions, either.

Hola.
I have been busy as well: relatives birthday, yardwork, burger burn with a friend and his wife, etc.

No, cats and dogs are natural enemies just as liberals and conservatives are natural enemies.
However, a trained dog in the hands of a liberal could be a natural enemy of a conservative, if the dog was trained by its liberal master to bite conservatives.
How would the dog know who is a conservative? It wouldn't, its master would know and put the dog on the conservative.
Any more questions?

It went well, thanks. My friends had a good time, at least no one complained, lol.
I was tired and didn't get up until late today, and after that trying to get ready with my work for next week.

"Any more questions?"
Why do you drive on a parkway and park in a driveway?

The police can give you a ticket now if you are eating while driving and cause an accident. Reckless driving. Tell me about it...
Last December, I picked up my car from the transmission shop (paid $400). Low visibility (snowstorm). Lost control of my car on CTH D, skidded down a short hill and hit a tree--totalling my 1992 Plymouth Voyager in the process.
Then, I bounced back onto Hwy D, where I hit my dad's 1994 Voyager (he was trailing about 600 feet behind me). His van suffered several thousand dollars worth of damage--including the bending of the front axle.
The sheriff's deputy gave me a ticket for failure to control--claiming that anyone who ends up in a ditch gets a ticket. IIRC, it was a $200 ticket.
My ticket got thrown out after the DA learned that my dad and I had to spend about $10,000 in purchasing two replacement cars--she said that we suffered enough...

I did ok, but I wish I had done better. If all of the "bites" on my stuff had turned into "buys" I would had done VERY well!! But, I could have done a lot worse, as I said.
And I could had been accousted while waiting in St. Clair shores for the guy I was supposed to meet. (turns out, he was only FIVE miles away, and somehow, we just could not "connect" with each other!!)
And that rig that nearly pushed me off of the road could have killed me when he was too GOOD to slow down cause there was a tow truck ahead and he just cut over into my lane, forcing me to take the berm of the road!! At least it was there to take and NOT a concrete barrier as was there just a few miles before. But God was watching over me, as he always does.
I can't thank you enough for the help you gave me on this post. I could have NEVER did those wonderful graphics and such on my own!!
Glad to see you here tonight!!

I hate it when people leave their shopping carts right in the middle of the isle, blocking all traffic in both directions. When I try to get through with my cart by saying 'excuse me', and they don't respond, I just push the cart. If they give me a dirty look at look straight back them.
Here's another growing problem, especially at Walmart...people who STEAL your cart when you're not looking!!! They take your cart, dump all your stuff and use it for themselves. That just takes the cake for me.
