My comments: This is something I believed from day one and it can be demonstrated by using the police report (2 min response to first 911 call) and the neighbor's statement.

There you go getting angry over a he said, she said ...thats all heresay. You arent talking to the actual players because they've been warned not to talk so this doesnt get out of hand. Again I repeat THERE WAS ALOT OF DRINKING GOING ON. Who knows what the real truth is. By slamming this girl you arent doing anything but make yourself look bad. Even if she was high she doesnt deserve to be RAPED. Since you know so much theres a question I have. Is the lacrosse team mostly white? And if so why didnt they hire a white dancer? I have heard there were racial remarks made. Maybe that is why there is so much of a fuss. I am sure these things happen more then we are aware of in all states.
I disagree that Rich boys think they can get away with anything. Rich people are individuals, just like we can't say "Poor people are lazy and looking for a handout" or

I'm sure there are plenty of rapes that happen just like you say. I'm no expert on Rape. I'm looking at facts.. like you would in a Murder and INCONSISTENCIES. So, I'm not focusing on the Rape part.. I'm reading the Defense attorneys, analyzing why the Police have changed their story (180 degrees) on a couple details.
A couple years back a prostitute claimed four St John's Basketball players Gang-raped her. She submitted to the Rape exam and went through extensive questioning. Later, on a tip, the police found out she was attempting to blackmail the players. When confronted with evidence, she admitted to going back to Hotel room with them willingly and having sex with them willingly. After the sex, however she told them she wanted a sum of money or she would accuse them of rape and their basketball careers (and pro aspirations) would be over.
So, there are examples of false allegations in Rape too.

I dont judge people by who they are. What I am trying to say is this, no matter what she has done in her past if she was really raped and abused then these boys need to go to jail. Rich or poor, black or white a crime is a crime. Dont do the crime if you cant do the time. Good luck defending your friends. Like I told you before I am sure this will be dropped. The shame of it all is that drinking can really screw up judgement and people do things they would normally never do. One bad mistake can ruin your life.

There Certainly WAS racial remarks made. That is NOT rape.
Their lawyer would say there was heavy drinking and they say it as attempted robbery. People react differently to being robbed.
And, again, every media outlet on Earth has come down on them for the racial remarks.
Why no judgement on her Stealing a car, trying to Run over a cop, and her own DWI. She could've killed many on her illegal high speed chase and her DWI.
If we use the lacrosse teams treatment as a a guide, the media should judge her an out-of-control criminal and then wonder why her University took no action against her. Why did they look the other way or did they purposely condone her actions.

I always thought that IF 3 did it Behind closed doors with terribly loud music (like the neighbor described) then those 3 that participated should go to jail. If someone aided them, they should go to jail. But, the story has problems. If I'm from Australia or Duke, they're problems with the story.

They also knew about her record. A small, little website (WRAL) put it up on their Website only and then Drudge put a Link to it and they felt they needed to say something, because Drudge let the Cat out of the bag.

I cant pass judgement on her past. What does that have to do with this night? I dont care what she did before, IF she was raped they deserve jail. As for the lacrosse team, well that email really doesnt make them look too good and some players have left the country so what does that tell you? If I am innocent I wouldnt leave my country. And I beg to differ, some rich people seem to think they can be above the law. Do some homework.

Well we now know she has a name and that she has a past. Can you confirm if any of the lacrosse players have really left the country, I dont trust the media too much either.

Traditionally in history most whores have ended up as single mothers. With abortion and modern birth control that has changed to some degree. Still wish that the facts of this were better known before everyone was crucified.
That certainly mitigates to Guilt. I would think they're guilty IF that's an accurate report.
That is a drastic change from their attitude and previous demeanor. They said, we will prove there was no Rape and we will release the DNA even if the DA doesn't.

I can understand your anger, something sure enough stinks in this case. I hope they arent gulity. I hope she wasnt raped. But no matter what shes done before if she was raped then these boys need to pay for their crime. If shes lying then she needs to go to jail too. See what happens when you drink and lose control? You can ruin your whole life or many years of it.
I just did a search of the News and I put in Duke Country and there were no stories of that sort.
I would think there would be a rush to report by this Media in this Country. I don't see it on the Wires.
I searched the AP for Duke Country and Lacrosse Country and no storis with content anywhere close to that.
Fox reports the stuff off the wire, or puts it on the wire when they report it. It's not accurate.
