That certainly mitigates to Guilt. I would think they're guilty IF that's an accurate report.
That is a drastic change from their attitude and previous demeanor. They said, we will prove there was no Rape and we will release the DNA even if the DA doesn't.

I can understand your anger, something sure enough stinks in this case. I hope they arent gulity. I hope she wasnt raped. But no matter what shes done before if she was raped then these boys need to pay for their crime. If shes lying then she needs to go to jail too. See what happens when you drink and lose control? You can ruin your whole life or many years of it.
