Accuser's Criminal Record. Another web-site said that her license has been suspended 3 times Also.
Joe Cheshire, who represents co-captain Dave Evans, told reporters he is certain the call was made by the SECOND DANCER, whose identity has not yet surfaced publicly. The caller alternatively told a police dispatcher the pair were driving and walking past the house.
My comments: This is something I believed from day one and it can be demonstrated by using the police report (2 min response to first 911 call) and the neighbor's statement.
It's also fishy that police said today that it took the accuser 31 hours to remember ANY details of the incident. That article is here: http://www.newsobserver.com/1185/story/426021.html
NOTE: There are two separate articles, the N&O link above is the story on the 31 hour time period for details.
Pimps have reputations for being brutal.
Her "boyfriend" also took her to the hospital (according to 2 guests on Dan Abrams)..
The DA/Police don't even know how she got there that night (and I wonder if she does).
People that strip and do lap dances and have a history of stealing from their customers (like this woman's criminal history). Hell, they are living dangerously.
Let's say she was desperate to feed her habit (she does have a drug charge). She rips off the guy or group of her first gig that night and he catches her and teaches a lesson. Hey, it's happened before and it'll happen again. I think she thought that boys could NOT call the cops because DUKE would bust them. She's 28 and lot more street smart than these 18-20 year olds. She sees an opportunity to take their money (she's desperate) and they struggle for the money.
These people, by the nature of their profession, encounter a lot more violence than the average person.

nope and i wouldnt want to go. I did my share of college parties years ago. My 1st husband was a jock. lol . but seriously, drinking and drugs do make your judgement cloudy. im not going to argue about bikers or drinking with you. isnt worth it. have a great day
Are you personally familiar with the guy who sent out that mail ? If not, how can you claim to know the true motive behind his statement ?
I have seen him, but I've never talked to him. The Defense attorneys made a statement and Someone, maybe Newsweek, did an article on it. The had watched the movie 'American Psycho' where a guy is killing but he doesn't know if he's was dreaming or if he did. The e-mails (not made known by the DA) in response almost immediately made reference to that movie. The music by Phil Collins, etc.
It wasn't a plan. He's not a sicko.. They were upset there was no show like they had planned and then someone tried to rip them off. It was NOT nefarious.
So, I'm passing on what Defense attorneys have said and what has been reported in the Media.

I hate Dook, but I hate people being accused of a crime they haven't committed.
