Accuser's Criminal Record. Another web-site said that her license has been suspended 3 times Also.
Joe Cheshire, who represents co-captain Dave Evans, told reporters he is certain the call was made by the SECOND DANCER, whose identity has not yet surfaced publicly. The caller alternatively told a police dispatcher the pair were driving and walking past the house.
My comments: This is something I believed from day one and it can be demonstrated by using the police report (2 min response to first 911 call) and the neighbor's statement.

I don't agree with that. I think any good businessman should give at least a general description of what is being sent out to a client.
But I do agree with the notion that, if she's willing to strip for $$ and give lap dances for $$ (as has already been established) she likely...not positively...but likely would be willing to have sex for money.
Here's my theory:
The chick was a scam artist. Got her money, danced around for a few minutes and then took off. I think these girls enjoy ripping off their clients as a way of showing how contemptuous they are of them.
She then claimed that, if they made a stink, she would cry rape, which she did.
The sexual evidence could have been a result of what she was engaged in just prior to her visit. In fact, she might have been too tuckered out to dance much upon her arrival at the Lacrosse Lair.
That nasty 'skin 'em alive' email by that Lacrosse member seems to be a reaction to what a rip-off artist this woman was.
That pretty much explains everything.

PS If NONE of the lacrosse members DNA is matched, then this probably is what happened.
I predict:
1 arrests
2 DA charges rape
3 plead out to larceny,not robbery for the missing money
4 no jail time
The second dancer's identity is a closely held secret.
She used the first name Kim with the Kroger security guard and her voice can be heard in the background on the 2nd 911 call.
Surprisingly, I got the accuser's name, but due to the way Documents are filed by the authorities, it's even hard to get the OTHER girl's name.
I do enjoy unraveling mysteries.

I perdict no rape, no larceny and a charge of false rape against the stripper.
I don't know if that's robbery. If a guy comes to deliver your dishwasher, takes the payment and then tries to walk out with the dishwasher and the money .. Who's getting charged?
The guy delivering the goods and try to walk out without delivering and with the money paid when services where not rendered.

Do you know how much this is costing North Carolina? They've NEVER undertaken a case EVER with so much DNA testing.
This is expensive and time consuming. This will be the 2nd weekend the State Bureau of Invesigation is working Saturday and Sunday.
If phone records (w/GPS) indicate the 2 strippers had a phone and instead drove 2.5 miles to Kroger to involve a 3 person - a Kroger security Guard - at that time some serious charges will be pondered. I have been "told" by a local guy that Allure Escort Service communicated with their girls via Cellphone. That would mean Dancer #2 had a cell phone.
If it was left on after she made her first 911 call (IMO), then the records will show they had a functioning cell phone and drove further away (a police station is less than a mile away) for no acceptable reason in an emergency. And remember the, in the first 911 call, the caller says "I'm not hurt in anyway, she mentions "me and my black girlfriend" and she indicates it's not an emergency.

Got a kick out of the usual suspects who had been trashing some of the team members as having past LEO problems, (underage drinking) when they started screaming the woman's criminal past should never have been made public.

Yeah, I did too. A female Judge on Fox desribed her stealing a car and going on a long, high speed chase and then trying to run over the Policemen as A JOY RIDE .
But, those 19 year old kids are thugs because of 'em open containers. Disband the lacrosse team and Never have another lacrosse program. That's why the discussing in N.C., Should Duke ever have another lacrosse team. Yet, they had the highest Graduation rate of sports teams there.

What is the DNA doesn't match and the DA doesn't press charges. Will Crystal Mangum and her entourage walk up to a microphone and announce the DA raped her too!! And it's all a coverup.
Maybe DA-Nifong knows the history of that case too.
