Accuser's Criminal Record. Another web-site said that her license has been suspended 3 times Also.

My comments: This is something I believed from day one and it can be demonstrated by using the police report (2 min response to first 911 call) and the neighbor's statement.

Her date of birth is July 16, 1978 and her name is Crystal Gail Mangum. She has 2 felony charges in the past plus numerous misdemeanors.

There was ten years ago a "Tim D. Nifong" who was a North Carolina Assistant Attorney General.
Based on this
1) we cannot say that the Mike Nifong listed in the Newsletter of the Duke Memorial Methodist Church in Durham is the DA of the same name in Durham,
2) we cannot say that the Tim Nifong listed in the Newsletter of Duke Memorial Methodist Church in Durham is the lawyer of the same name who apparently practices in and around Durham,
3) we cannot say that the Dan Nifong listed in the Newsletter of Duke Memorial Methodist Church in Durham is the player of the same name for Jordan High School in Durham.
4) we cannot say that the Dan Nifong listed in the Newsletter of Duke Memorial Methodist Church in Durham is related to any "Tim Nifong" or any "Mike Nifong"
What we can say is that for the last month, it must have been challenging to be a lax player in Durham with the name of Nifong.
I know what I heard , thats why I asked if it was confirmed. I went and looked myself if I could find out the information. All I found was 2 players can not be located. Where they are I havnt a clue , do you? I still say the samething I have always said. Where theres so much drinking things are going to happen. I think this girl must not be too smart. Why she would go with only another girl and no body guard to a house filled with drinking guys is beyond me. If she lied about all this then she has to be charged. If she didnt and was raped then the guys have to be charged. Theres alot more to this story as so many of you have pointed out. Thanks so much for the info.

There's so much misinformation. Someone in grad school at Duke (or a former student) this woman went on all the shows probably 8 days ago or so, she did Radio interviews and wrote letters to newspapers (and, of course, they were published)..They ate up her story.
She said that (during the investigation, post-event), she went out to a local Pizza place and the lacrosse team was in there and they were drinking beer and doing toasts to the Lacrosse. This woman found it in extremely bad taste and she wrote that band of males were out-of-control and something needed to be done by the Duke Administration. Just one problem, it never happened. The team was pisxed I understand and it was another person/group that were trying to use the situation to their own benefit.
There's so much bad information out there. I not saying those guys don't have parties off-campus and drink a lot and get loud. No one is saying that .. but, it's been exaggerated so badly. And I found an article that listed the Duke teams and the lacrosse team has the highest Graduation rate of any of their sports teams. If they were doing all the stuff attributed to them they wouldn't be eligible to play or getting the grades they do.
Again, Crystal Mangum did much worse (attempted murder) when she tried to run over the policemen, but no one is asking why she didn't get suspended or how she is reflecting poorly on the Neighborhood and the University.
REMEMBER, the DUKE party was OFF-CAMPUS. The students would have far less rights (with regard to School discipline) in they lived ON-Campus.

I told you guys Durham was crazy, it's not like your cities. The people running Durham love this race stuff. It's their career.

These people make Cynthia McKinney look reasonable. See why the DA felt he had to do something, even without a credible
complaintant, even with al the consistencies.

The 78 DOB makes sense. Some articles say she's 28 and a couple say she's 27.

There is another girl in NC with same first and last name but different middle name who is 28 and who has a very heavy foot but she is in another part of the state.
She has 3 license suspensions doesn't she (don't go back, from memory only)

Eastforker was exactly right on. I've got her info now, every detail. She is definitely the July 16, 1978 choice and she is also known as Crstal Gail Mangum and Crystal Gail Mangum. Her Offense date was June 21, 2002 on those things that have been discussed here, in Durham County NC and she was sentenced on May 8, 2003. The charges were Larceny, DWI, Speeding/Eluding, and Assault on a PO.
The sick thing is the entire time (or almost the entire time) the media was calling for more action to be taken against the team and printing their pictures and slandering them - they KNEW this woman's record. I was told, by a media person, she had a criminal record, but he wouldn't go into detail.
That was 2 weeks ago.
Willfully blinding yourself to facts which reflect on the case is a CLEAR SIGN of an agenda on your part.
