Vote for PARIS or we have to endure Kellie another week!!!
To: I'm ALL Right!
I would glady endure Kellie, if it means Paris and her squeaky voice is gone.

I have my Dial Idol set there and it's getting through about 50% of the time now.
Paris goes home I fear.

(Elliot) I just love that kid.Did you hear him when he was talking to Seacrest? That was almost as impressive to me as his performance. In just a few seconds, Elliot conveyed his appreciation for where he was at, his respect for the music and the quiet confidence that he has in himself.
Elliot climbed to another level tonight. I'm actually starting to hope he wins! :)

I was leaning toward Paris's votes probably going to Elliot also. But always hard to say.

I actually agree with what Paula said last week, the camera loves her face. She could be acting in a sitcom or something and while doing that take some singing lessons, she's never had any! Who knows? She could be good with the right training. Looks can get you so far, then talent needs to win out. That's why our votes should go to Elliott.

Before I go back to read the thread, here are my impressions of tonight's show:
Paris, Elliott, and Chris were great. Top three. Chris was mucho sensitive and emotional with that song. The Latin beat on the guitars made it hot. A+.
Elliott really crashed out of his shell tonight, and was uber-confident. What a great vocal talent he is! A+
Paris--such a boring song, but she gave it that show-biz pizazz of hers and made it come alive. A.
Katherine--a disaster. Did she think she could distract everyone from her weak vocals and pitchy mess by displaying her boobs? It didn't work, Kat. D.
Taylor: He turned on the snooze machine with that number. Utterly ordinary, as Si would say. C+
Kellie: Another disaster. Crusty old song with a Tennessee twang. D-. Going home this week.

anyone else think the producer on tonight was an ass? he complimented all the people who sucked and was so hard on elliott and chris who ended up doing the best. he also is the one who screwed up the arrangement for Elliott. I did think he gave good advice to kellie on her high note even though she was awful
To: peggybac; stlnative
Chris ROCKED! I think it was his best performance yet. I think you're right :) Everything clicked with that performance--and with a Bryan Adams song, no less!
