My bracket for the NCAA basketball tournament not looking too bad (except for one glaring mistake). Won’t win any money, but better than the carnage of last season. I will press my luck with a shot at the NCAA hockey pool (you know, that sport where whomever has the puck with the opposite color jersey, you whack).

Review of basketball bracket.

Play-in was correct.
Atlanta: Missed Iowa, but everyone else still there.
Minneapolis: 6-2 on the first round, perfect 4-0 on the second round.
Washington: Picked Wichita St correctly, but missed the middle of this group. Ouch !

Now for the glaring mistake.

KANSAS !! JOKE – TOKE – JAYCHOKE !!!! Second Year in a row they screwed me. Next time, I pick them to LOSE in the first round, even if they play a 16-seed.

Everybody who wants to thank Petroni raise your paw! Ever since I was a tiny kitten I eagerly awaited the Kitty thread. And when I missed it I ate lizards to appease my wrath However I now have my feline fix of fotographs and can flop out on my futon. Thanks Petroni.

I love that cat. Is it yours? Russian Blue, is it? (or something like that) I think I'd love to have a cat like that. I've only seen a couple of pictures of them and between this one and the other one, I am totally mesmerized by theie eyes. OTOH, I would get even less done than I do right now with the cats I do have. So maybe it's a good thing I don't have one.

Sam is adorable. I just now searched all the folders on my computer to find a picture of any one of my cats with a paw up so they could salute PetroniDE with Sam but, huh, I don't have a single one!?!? Lots of other pics of them but no raised paws. Sorry. We salute PetroniDE anyway. Must go take more pictures now to correct the deficit.

My neighbor's goats got out, and one got on my back porch and tried to get in my house. This is when I wish I had a camera ready. It was immediately attacked by three of the cats. They were all over it scratching and biting it. The goats got out several times after that, none of them came near the back porch.
