Find a partner or grab your favorite beverage & listen to some Irish tunes .A couple of wave files - full-length, lilting, Irish melodies - they are so beautiful! I hope you can open them, or "save target as" to your hard drive and listen to them later.

Why Saint Patrick's Day?
Saint Patrick's Day has come to be associated with everything Irish: anything green and gold, shamrocks and luck. Most importantly, to those who celebrate its intended meaning, St. Patrick's Day is a traditional day for spiritual renewal and offering prayers for missionaries worldwide.
So, why is it celebrated on March 17th? One theory is that that is the day that St. Patrick died. Since the holiday began in Ireland, it is believed that as the Irish spread out around the world, they took with them their history and celebrations. The biggest observance of all is, of course, in Ireland. With the exception of restaurants and pubs, almost all businesses close on March 17th. Being a religious holiday as well, many Irish attend mass, where March 17th is the traditional day for offering prayers for missionaries worldwide before the serious celebrating begins.
In American cities with a large Irish population, St. Patrick's Day is a very big deal. Big cities and small towns alike celebrate with parades, "wearing of the green," music and songs, Irish food and drink, and activities for kids such as crafts, coloring and games. Some communities even go so far as to dye rivers or streams green!

Hola amigos. just got up from my after-church nap. I see we are all talking about the film "office space". I felt is was pretty dirty and raunchy, but it DID have some funny parts in it.
I liked Milton the best, about the stapler and his mumbling, whenever he git stuck i a corner, and had his pay cut off!!
I do NOT work tomorrow.

Earlier here, you all were talking about disney world and Universal studios. I have been to both, and the BEST ride I have been on, ANYWHERE, to date(in 1999), was the "Adventures of Spiderman" ride.
Anyone else here ever been on that one(at Islands of adventure)

I was at Disney World for my Honeymoon on Easter Sunday in 1989.
"Its a Small World" was a pretty neat little ride.
The big underground roller-coaster was good too, but the wait in line was long.

My hubby proposed to me at Disneyland when we went for my birthday in July of 2002.

Naaa. I just guess she does NOT want to "settle" for some Neanderthal or loser-type playboy airhead -type man, or a spineless, feminized metro. She wants a REAL man.
On that note, here is a suggestion ,for the tagline::
Looking for a REAL man, not a boy!!

I used to really worship my wife, crazy as she was. I was crazy in love with a crazy person.
As Badfinger used to sing, "Guess I got what I deserved".

My ex's mother and father met at Kennywood Park, a big and very old amusement park in the Pittsburgh area. They still have some rides from the early 1900's.
