Darn! Hysterically sorting my tax papers to take to my accountant has given me such a hunger for pancakes and syrup, or anything sweet, for that matter. But I gave sugar up for Lent, so stick to popcorn instead. But oh, those pancakes 'n' syrup do sound good!
