A friend of mine sent me an E-Mail today linking several Hispanic newspapers and told me to be sure to read them - and prepare to act.

Tried to reach her to tell her I do not speak or read Spanish but was unable to locate her. In looking over the newspapers there were some words I think I picked up correctly and assumed the articles were very interesting.

Thought I'd turn to me fellow Freepers to see if anyone can give a clue what is being reported.

Tried the translation site but - forget it! Please let us know if there is something important.

Thanks.

La Opinion is mentioned there and that is actually the Los Angeles Times and why they have such an interest in lots of illegal Mexicans being in the area.
They bought the largest circulated Spanish paper a while ago, and then some wonder why they are against minute men and such.

Go to those webites through bablefish or google and you probably will find free translation form Spanish to whatever.

I cannot bring up the source of the item - not matter
