Yep. Quit and say something AFTER he's made buckets of money on the show.
Just damn.

This quote is different from the other story
"Stone told The AP he and co-creator Trey Parker "never heard a peep out of Isaac in any way until we did Scientology. He wants a different standard for religions other than his own, and to me, that is where intolerance and bigotry begin."

Who cares? South Park will continue without him. And this wasn't news in the first place, which is why it's now in the Chat section, where it will be universally ignored, as it should be.

So he voices a guy who sings about chocolate salty balls, group sex, etc etc and when they poke fun of religion (ahem, his religion) for the bazillionth time, he is offended and quits?
And I thought he had a sense of humor.

I really can't imagine the high ups in the Church of Scientology letting him keep working there.
Not after the Tom Cruise in the closet episode.
To: mhking
Yea they went after Tom Cruise...just another phony..he loved it until it was his schtick that got bashed
To: mhking
Rumor is that the South Park boys did not take any shots at Scientology because of Isaac being on the show, once he left they unloaded with both barrels with the Tom Cruise in the closet episode.

South Park co-creator Matt Stone believes Hayes' quitting "is 100 percent" due to his being a member of Scientology. Stone tells The Associated Press in the past, Hayes has "cashed plenty of checks with our show making fun of Christians."
