It's not a wacky name, but it's one I had to spell for people every time I had to give out my address.
After a few years there, I just wanted to live on Main Street.
Actually, Unexpected Road is in Franklin Twp, where I live. I nominate 'Street Road" near Philly. What, did they run out of names?
If you're driving in Chester Co, Pa, you may find yourself on the road between Intercourse and Paradise.
"Kenosha, Wisconsin is the only city in the nation in which all the streets are numbered."
Now that's interesting!
For odd/creepy street names I'll nominate Grave's End Neck Road, in Brooklyn, NY. On the subway station it's just called "Neck Road".
I didn't know that and I am from the area. I just checked out a road map and find it amazing that 10 different streets that are 13th. It must be hell for a mailman or police officer to learn the layout of the city even though it was mean to be simple.
Knew a guy who passed on buying a nice home,just because it was on Pussywillow Street...he said he wouldn't be able to live with that.
Speaking of having to spell your street name, wifey and I have gone from one extreme to the other. For twenty years we lived a three letter street: Pad Court - still had to spell it, and add "P as in Paul", bla bla bla.
Now, we live on Avenida Montezuma....sigh
Need Bird-In-Hand to get to Satisfaction. And a wrong turning lands you in Blue Balls.

County regulations grant the first person building a house on a street naming rights, and I'm pretty certain this was tongue-in-cheek.

just two blocks from here is an intersection street sign "Forest Hills Rd" and "Forest Hills Rd"
Champ Johnson RD. named after an old bootlegger that lived on that road:)
