That looks more like the DT I had imagined.

Vlad's hungry; Mom's tired! He's also congested, so I've been sleeping in the recliner holding his head up. I hope he'll feel better when it warms up again; we're having this freak, last-blast-of-winter thing.
How are you?

Did you register and post at FD?
I registered but didn't post. You see, about the time I was going to post, FD went down for a minute. If you see "dasoutsider_eh" around the Dominion, you'll know it's me.

I particularly liked, "Resign not thy day-gig ...".

Yeah, they also changed the cover for The Wolves Of The Calla when it went to paperback.
They probably changed the one for DT VI because the cover for the hardcover edition was so odd, and really didn't explain anything.
The Wolves cover was weird, but for an entirely different reason.
At first I thought they depicted Susannah as white because her features were also changed by the presence of Mia, but as I read the story-and realized that wasn't so-I began to wonder what the heck was wrong with the person who did the illustrations for this novel.

Is 'resign' or 'resigneth' the proper verb ending? That newfangled Early Modern English confuses me at times.

I'm late to this thread and do not have time to read through 4000+ posts. Has any one confessed to writing this tread yet? Has to be another Freeper incognito that registered as "screaminghurl". No way this is for real, it's someone having some fun.....
To: Das Outsider
OK!
When I'm there, I post as Phi.

Poor baby and Mom.
I hope he feels better soon so you can get some rest!
I'm good.
We were planning a bonfire tonight, but it's raining now, so we will wait.
We have however broken the freezing mark, +4 right now,

Of course. Quite a few of the troll posts are just that.

You know what's funny? For three hours I complained to myself about having to use the Yahoo! group because it was so slow. Now that FR is back up, the threads seem to be moving like old ladies riding snailback!

So welcome to the Undead troll Thread aka Undead Thread aka Flying Castle. Bars and kitchens are open 24/7, but if you intend to go into the lower levels, please take someone with you, as the walls and doors have a tendency to er...shift.
Otherwise, enjoy your stay. We're on the way to Mars.
