The pecking order has been upset.

Every one has to figure out where they fit in Mom's universe.

It will find a place of equilibrium sooner or later.

DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE...

Paper company that folded?
Brake company on the skids?
Surgeon who was forced to take a cut in his salary?
Cigarette company that went up in smoke?
Baker who was short of dough?
Refrigerator manufacturer that had it's assets frozen?
Upholsterers that couldn't cover their costs?
Adhesive tape company that got into a sticky situation?
Tennis ball manufacturer that ended up in court?
Downfall of the bungee suppliers?

someday.

* The light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off due to budget cuts.

* Sure, you may not like working here, but we pay your rent.

* A person who smiles in the face of adversity probably has a scapegoat.

* If at first you don't succeed -- try management.

* Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid altogether.

* Work: It isn't just for sleeping anymore.

who don't work here anymore.

LOL!

I like this one, too. See ya later Face, gotta get going.

A college student at a recent football game challenged a senior citizen sitting next to him, saying it was impossible for their generation to understand his.

"You grew up in a different world," the student said loud enough for the whole crowd to hear. "Today we have television, jet planes, space travel, man has walked on the moon, our spaceships have visited Mars, we even have nuclear energy, electric and hydrogen cars, computers with light-speed processing ... and uh...."

Taking advantage of a pause in the student's litany, the old geezer said, "You're right. We didn't have those things when we were young; so we invented them, you little twit! What are YOU doing for the next generation?"
