I HAVE GOOD NEWS!

Steve just called and said he got his paper back from his advisor. He said the advisor actually brought it by his office but Steve was out doing an inspection. He said the paper had a few corrections on it that Steve will need to fix and get this! He told Steve to make the corrections, then set up an appointment to meet with the committee for his defense!!!!!!

I busted into a shimmy right there in the kitchen talking to him on the phone!

I'm guessing they patched together some kind of duct tape and bailing-wire workaround... but they're not quite getting enough voltage to drive everything at once.

Well it is Kalifornia, after all. Maybe you should get used to it.
