Power on yet?
GOOD MORNING HH DWELLERS!
...and yes... power came on about 9pm, just after I signed off last night. They still must be having some problems with the voltage though. The lights come on, but they waver up and down, and the lights in the bathroom are only very dim. The TV works.
Got hot water though, and that's good. Turns out I was wrong about the hot water last night. It was hot when I tested it, but apparently the power hadn't yet been out long enough for the tank to cool down. It was pretty chilly later when I tried it again after I signed off. But the power came back about then... so no worries.
Got broadband back. But... my ac adapter won't light up. I dunno if the voltage is wrong, or maybe it fried, but I'm still running on laptop batteries.

Yep. Went to bed around nine. Woke up bright and early at 1am. Then again around six. Feel much better.
Could use some coffee, though. I forgot to order up a coffee pot when I checked in, and just ordered some...
I thought most hotels have a coffee pot in every room. Weird that.
I wonder why you have to request one. Did folks actually ~steal~ the coffee pots?
Heh... not at these rates, it shouldn't... it was something of a novelty, there for a while. Kinda fun.
It was weird to see them lighting up the lobby with a "thousand points of light".
