Just moments after the end of Super Bowl XL, Washington State Governor Christine O. Gregoire issued a formal demand that the NFL recount the points scored by the Seattle Seahawks.Citing the successful, "recount 'em 'til we win" plan that brought her to office, Gregoire called for a panel of three Seattle Board of Elections officials to watch the replay of the big game until, as the Washington Democrat put it,"the right team wins". There was no immediate comment from the NFL, but ABC television has offered to provide the necessary video tape, "in the spirit of fairness".

I was all for Pittsburg but if Murphy's Law was in place Seattle fullfilled it.Watch out for the 2008 elections with The Hildabeast. The fraud etc & will be like this game. If we aren't on out game plan she will take it. Start tomorrow to strip her of a chance.

Pittsburgh might be Demo dominated but I was just glad Seattle lost since they are hardly part of America anymore. Look at how they keep reelecting the anti American representative Jim McDermott by overwhelming margines. Absolutely scary.

I started out rooting for the Steelers (AFC Forever!), but after all those bullsh** calls, I had to switch sides and root for the Seabirds.

Gregoire's numbers will go down and Lynn Swann's will go up.

If the field had been 100x60 yards the seahawks would have won handily.
Between this game and the college championship we seem to have a heterosexual sweep in football this year with the left coast frozen out.

On future, I hope Vegas gives the refs odds as well as both teams. They certainly were a factor in this game.

If Governor Chris can get at least two recounts, the Seahawks will win.

Pittsburgh. There is a 'h' at the end of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Pittsburg is in Kansas.
To: PennsylvaniaMom
I think there is also a Pittsburg, NH, which is way up north near the Canadian border.
