Was it me, or were the ads really lame this year?
The Montreal incident with Bret Hart and HBK was more legit than this travesty of a Super Bowl.
You!
OKay, then.
The ads were mostly extremely lame. I only found the FedEx one about the cavemen to even be entertaining. Nobody really put forth any effort, but that might be just liberals having yet another snit about having to have creativity within restraint.
This did not seem to affect the Stones, however, and let me be the first to compliment Bill Cowher, Dan Rooney and the Steelers for gracious and well\spoken, not to mention sincere and heartfelt responses on winning.
Long may they wave.
I agree, at least the wWE lets you know it is fake upfront.
I watched the game with my nephew. He had money on the Steelers and was rooting hard for them, but even he said several times during the game that Seattle was getting jobbed pretty bad by the refs. I had to agree with him.

the super fan one here was pretty funny
It wasnt pretty, but the STEELERS WON>>>>
I was worried.
WOOOOOOOOOO WHOOOOOOOOOOO
I counted 3; the FedEx caveman, the Budweiser horse, and the Budweiser streak with the horses. Not a good year for ads.
We wuz robbed!
That was too cute!
Actually, the refs won the game for PIttsburgh, that was the worst officiated Superbowl I've ever seen. The biggest game of the year and there were at least three terrible calls that changed the course of the game. If you are going to play, let the best team win on an even playing field. Geez.
They were. I also thought the national anthem wasn't done too well.
I agree completely. I think the refs helped determine the outcome of this one.
We was robbed!
Obviously its Bush's fault..
Pittsburgh deserved to win. Any team that kicks the teeth out of three of its opponents (at home) deserves the coveted Lombardi Trophy. Their 70s godfathers are proud of them.
