The Dems have been so incredibly outflanked on the Supreme Court nominees that it's not even funny (well maybe just a little). They have blown the chance to filibuster. As I posted before it is going to be hell to pay if they pull that mess on a minority female nominee after giving two white guys a pass.

Clinton says she is opposed to Alito's nomination, but is not sure she supports a filibuster.
