Hi all.. I am going to start with just a few comments & a few graphics (begging for a caption). If you are home (bummer) and not out on a date tonight.. Please join us. Get acquainted. Be willing to stretch yourself & learn, love & smile. We arent hitting on each other. We are being friends. Friends help, love & make allowances.
Ages/looks/weight etc are not important for our discussion. They are not you. YOU are the essence of your dreams, spirit & soul. Share a little with us tonight?
Starting with some misc. thoughts. (and yes, I am qualified to state these)!
Turn ons (for men & women)
Other oriented (the world is NOT just about you.)
Consideration & being kind
Smiles
Touch (appropriate)
Loyalty & Faithfulness
Spirituality
HONEST charm
Turn OFFs
Neediness
Pity Party
Self centered - EGO YUK
Poor hygiene, slovenly, bad breath, grossly overweight (and you CAN do something about ALL of these)
Lies(enhancing who you are with stories that are NOT true or modified to a crazy degree.
Dumb bunnies well good looks can start out something but rarely can finish. Turn off the TV & get some learnin
POOR manners(do you talk with food in your mouth?.. That is a biggie - but there are lots more)
Boring.. If you are boring you can get a life .. Then look for a partner to share it with!
Poor (love conquers all? But does it pay the bills?)
What Can I do to be ready for a partner
Be real. Know who you are & what your can deliver. If you see faults in your life YOU CAN CORRECT IF YOU WORK AT IT
Focus on what I can GIVE/OFFER rather than what I can get from another
Beggin for a caption

Akron, OH. We've been 20 degrees above average this January! It's been in the 40s and 50s.
My friends and I can rarely all get together to go to the movies, unless it's with my group of girlfriends on a Saturday, and we do lunch and a movie. Saw "Chronicles of Narnia" last time, and it was fun.
We normally just get DVDs and meet at someone's house, the movies seem to go pretty quickly from the big screen to DVD lately!
okay ben.. we need a little help here..
age? interests? your profile page doesn't give too many clues.lol
And a sincere Welcome.
Not sure this is actually a match maker thread (although it might happen) but more of a meeting place for singles to meet on weekend & chat if they don't have other plans
Yeah...in the dark, we were half expecting the phone to ring next. ;-)
Rather eerie, the whole thing.
...Living off a steady diet of government cheese.
That's your niece??
Beautiful! But even I'm a bit too old for her (28), I think.
I liked Signs...don't mind thrillers on occasion. But when it goes beyond mostly messing-with-your-head and into just creepy...no thanks!
Thanks Dolly for hosting the thread. Great job, I'm off to watch and movie and back later. Love the way you started it off, nice...and still looking for that kind, good looking, intelligent, devoted, 46 year old conservative family man with a great sense of humor who lives near here. :^) Is that alot to ask for?
U RANG?
(In my best Beavis/Butthead impersinatioin:)
Hey baby...
Friends are here! Catch everyone later, have a great time tonight!
I know this sounds weird, but my movie experience is usually by myself. I watch DVDs on the computer, late at night...I turn all the lights off, make is as dark as possible, and listen with headphones on with the volume turned way up.
Trying to make it as theatrical as possible without disturbing my parents upstairs (I live in the basement).
Just great -- I had a wonderful Italian dinner tonight (cannoli).
This thread has been in operation for a couple of months
Your profile certainly isn't overloaded with graphics or pictures!
Some movies I liked: Being There with Peter Sellers and Shirley McLain. Thief with James Caan and James Belushi. Wanted: Dead or Alive with Rutger Hauer and Gene Simmons from KISS.
All older stuff. See any of them? Like them?
Hi there Neets.. whats up? got pixies this weekend?
My whole life, I've been timid about horror movies. But now, I'm strangely not too easily scared by things.
The Village (same guy who made Signs) was awful.
