Still round the corner there may wait |

Home is behind, the world ahead, |
That's a fun picture!
Uh - no, that part shouldn't make any difference. (pony's barefoot too)
No horse likes deep mud. She's just rather bull headed about it. They all have to be pushed to some degree into slogging through muddy spots on trail. The trouble with her was, she'd take ecurbh through the brush to go around it. :~D Just needs work.
The other aspect that doesn't really occur to them probably is that she's at an advantage in the deep suck mud. It'll pull the shoes right off a shod horse.
Heh... yeah - I wanted the still. :~D
Yikes!
It's a lot of suction! I've lost my own shoes in the mud :~D
Conference call time...
Oh well... beats commuting :~D
Hands down. :-D
blah blah blah - I'm on mute. :~D
I got it yesterday but I didn't have 3 1/2 hours to watch it all before bedtime.
So when I get home, I'll get dinner and try to have the movie on by 7:30 at the latest.
Think I'll make popcorn.
One of my clients called me this morning to say that she happened to be upstairs in a meeting and would like to meet me in person.
I felt so awkward talking to her face to face after a year of only talking by phone. And she looked completely different from what I imagined!
Weird.
Must be that on the phone, you can make faces and such and keep your voice neutral - but not so in person. You have to ~look~ interested in their ramblings. hehehehe....
Das Boot gives me the screaming willies. Going to sea is treacherous enough... but there's something unnatural about ships that sink on purpose. Thousands of years of continually improved boat design... to prevent that very thing.
I'm not even claustrophobic or anything, but I just don't see how those submarine guys do it. Maybe being on a boomer would be OK, where you just run away and hide and play cards... but this bidness of depth charges and torpedoes...? Nope. I want to at least be able to float away when the boat sinks.
Yeah, but you're friendly...and it comes across in your voice.
Speaking of which, I just remembered...I still have your phone number on a piece of paper in my big orange duffle.
Heh.
:-D
Keep it handy.
Thanks Hair for hosting it!
Good thing I don't have a big screen. :)
Nice ride...
*shudder*
I prolly better not ever see it, then. The idea of being in a small space and under tons of water just gives me the creeps.
*shudder*
Hey...looks nice!
I'm liking it. :-)
Lots of very cool technology going on there. It's a geek's rig, fer sure...
