TAR=The Amazing Race

I am in Denver so I am in Mountain time -- I usually get the west coast feed on stuff.

:)

I never ate salmon until I was about thirty and hated it.

My wife is 42, and has never had salmon. Or tuna. Or any other fish. Hates the smell, and won't go near ANY fish.

The only fish they served in my cafeteria was fish sticks and I'm not sure they were really fish. :)

Mandisa is definitely Rubenesque.

She sure belted out that song tonight and reminded me of my blessed Aretha!

For once, all three judges were right.

Her "rubeness" doesn't jibe with these photos. Kellie's been around.

I'm willing to cook fish just not willing to eat it. Now lambs a different story. Can't stand the smell of it so I won't cook it.

Carrie has outsold Fantasia and Ruben, but I'm not sure about Kelly Clarkson.

If we are talking just the first album released by an AI winner or runner up, Clay Aiken holds the record, but Carrie will soon pass him.

If we're talking overall sales and gross income, Kelly Clarkson has every AI alum beat by a wide margin. Her first album went double platinum, but her 2nd album has gone 5x platinum here in the U.S. and is still selling well after nearly 17 months in release. I don't have the latest figures, but she's sold somewhere upwards of 10 million copies of 'Breakaway' worldwide.

It has also gone multi platinum in a whole raft of other countries. In terms of gross income, the girl is now playing with the big draws in music. She is a genuine international superstar at this point. She's presently touring the United Kingdom to sell-out crowds. That tour ends soon, then she goes to Israel for two concerts. She has been the #1 non-Israeli singing star in that country for months, and her concerts have been sold out for weeks.

LOL! I stayed away from those too. (I think the cafeteria ruined fish for me forever :o)

I can't imagine life without salmon! Ha ha! Tried catfish for the first time just a couple years ago. Very "fatty" fish, but I like it. Actually, Halibut is my favorite. It's not a "fishy" fish.

There was a woman in the audience that looked like an older version of Kellie. Could it have been her mother--the one who ran out on her when Kellie was two years old?

Another family reunion?

Phoney Baloney is right. Goldie Hawn comes to mind...or unfortunately Jessica Simpson!

That was stupid! This is like that TWA hijacking in 1985--things have changed since then.

Try talapia. Very mild fish and it does'nt stink up your house when you bake it.
