G'Night!

I was going to go but Savage isn't on because of a bassetball game. And I'm not in a Skating with the Stars mood.

Well, let's hope that next week they all get their acts together and put on some good performances to make up for this lack luster week.

It's only Thursday. We've still got all weekend to wait for the 2 hour "24" on Monday night.

"24" makes "Mondays" not so bad.

West Coaster here for a spoiler. I am thrilled to see Brenna is out! Did not like her attitude from day one! The rest should all stay though! LOL Very good talent this year!

I was sorry to see David go. When all three judges slammed him last night, he looked pretty sick and subdued about it. I felt so sorry for him.

I'm voting for the two rockers, Ace (who reminds me of Constantine) and Bucky (I think Ace will last longer than Bucky.)

A friend of mine was voting for Sway...tough luck on that one.

I enjoyed reading your commentary (Post 8,355) and I had to comment that I was one of those voting madly for Jasmine Trias in Season 3, and after she was voted off, the whole season fell apart for me. I didn't care who won.

Same here. And I'm also glad to see "Vote For The Worst" proved wrong again :)

Very good talent this year!

I think so too. Several of them aren't quite good enough, I admit, but compared to other seasons of AI, this Top 12 is shaping up nicely.

When Seacrest was killing time with the guys, asking them all the same inane questions ("So how do you think you did? Do you think you're in the bottom three?") Hicks wouldn't answer.

"No, no, no, no, no!"

LOL! That was the best answer :)

"If they simply dumped the 4 lowest, the 4 gals would be gone and all the guys still there."

That's interesting. I stil think the girls are stronger than the guys, but you make a good point.

I think what doomed him wasn't this week's performance, but last week's.

He was labeled a "crooner" early on, so he should've embraced that and sang a crooner's song instead of that bad Elvis/Queen thing he did.

He came back to crooning this week, but it was just too late.

OK is it just me or did Paula seriously Jump the Shark tonight.

It was almost painful to watch her tonight, the lady needs some serious help. Whether it is the medication for her illness or something else, she has become a liability for the show and has to go.

MY wife and I just sat there open mouthed as Ryan tried to save the moment at one point, but the deer in the headlights look he had when she went totally braindead said it all. Plus you could see the pained looks on both Randy and Simon's faces. Thay all know it is over, the question is when do they admit it and pull the plug on her.

I liked it when Hicks rubbed Daughtry's bald head. Both seem like down-to-earth fellas and my picks for the last two men standing.

On a more serious note, I really think Abdul is out of control. It is obvious she has some kind of substance problem and was acting like a total fool on national TV. I personally find it pathetic, not funny, as we are all in the position of being her enablers by supporting her presence on the show. They have covered up traffic "accidents" and sex scandals to keep her on the show. FOX - kick her off and give us Deborah Gibson or Susanna Hoffs!

I missed all this about Paula (I was busy grabbing photos at the time). What happened?

What did she do? I missed it.

(Personally, if someone has to replace her, I'd like it to be Susanna Hoffs :)
