Only because of the refs. The Steelers owned the Dolts from start to finish.Agreed!

I think his knee was down, and then back up, BEFORE he was touched. I'd like to see it again, though.

Fair enough, I just knew it was not a fumble.

Guess I need a three-sided coin....

I'm beginning to think the same crew has been on the field for every game this weekend.

I'm beginning to think the same crew has been on the field for every game this weekend.LOL. Agreed.

Another bad punt with a Panther roll. Did the Bears pick up the bar dude from the Packers?

That's college rules, not the NFL.

Terrible punt, only 14 yards. Bears with a short field and a chance to tie it.
To: mainepatsfan
Get a PPK kid from the stands to replace this Bear Punter.
13 yards, 14 yards...LOL

Probably also was the same crew doing the Dallas Carolina Game three weeks ago.

Picking on a girl. For shame...
The Colts are the best Powderpuff Football team I've ever seen, though. Arasina might start for them next year.

Correction. IF his knee is down by contact, and then he is touched that is down. But what I said is he was down before contact and got back up BEFORE being contacted. Again, I'd have to see it again. In college, once your knee hits the ground the play is over.
To: hattend
That was a backward roll of about 12 yards.

That's college rules, not the NFL.Notice I said "if by contact". If an opposing player is touching you while your knee is down or if you fall to your knees or elbows as a result of contact, then you are immediately down and the player is over.
By your logic, a player would never be down and could just get up and keep running no matter how many times he is tackled.
To: diamond6
It did look as if his knee was down, but some of these calls
are making the officiating look rather rookie like.

Just called my brother in NY. He's so upset by the refereeing he's calling the NFL to have them all fired.
Not just for these games but for career incompetence.
