Friday the 13th
01/13/2005

Is superstition alive and well in these enlightened times?

I'm taking a vacation day -- just in case.

Hi there, Jay. I had a great day yesterday.

I don't believe in “Friday the 13th” though, I don't mind having fun whenever the subject of superstition comes up, lol.

Hope you're having a wonderful day. :-)

Yep... Friday the 13th holds no fear for me, Victoria.

Reading about how Friday the 13th became unlucky there are biblical references to the number 13.

Also Friday was the day criminals were usually executed, including Jesus, hence the legends of Friday the 13th.

Busy today hauling wood to my mom's, and stacking wood in our garage. A beautiful day here for January.

It's been a good day here as well.
